Most business owners we talk to are not sitting at a desk. They are at a client site, in a car between two meetings, or standing in a workshop with a phone in one hand. That is where the questions actually come up. How much did we bill this week? Did that payment arrive? Who is following up with the enquiry that came in yesterday?
Until now, answering those questions meant getting back to a laptop. Not any more. The Track Flows Android app is live on Google Play, and it is free to download.
What you can do from your phone
This is not a cut-down companion app that only shows charts. It runs the parts of Track Flows you use every day.
- Sales entry. Raise a GST-ready invoice on the spot, right after the work is done, instead of writing it on a slip and forgetting about it by evening.
- Collections. Record a payment the moment it is received, and see party-wise pending dues before you walk into the next meeting.
- Leads. Log an enquiry while the customer is still in front of you, assign it to someone by name, and set the next follow-up date then and there.
- Team tasks. Assign work, check what is done, and see what got pushed to tomorrow without making a single status call.
- Live dashboard. Today's sales, this month's target, outstanding receivables and profit, on one screen.
Built for how people actually work in the field
A few decisions in this app came directly from watching owners and sales teams use Track Flows on the road.
- Fingerprint and Face unlock. No password to remember, and no password typed into a phone in a crowded place.
- Works on a weak signal. You can open the app and review your data even when the connection drops, which happens more often on site than in an office.
- Notifications that mean something. Payment received, task overdue, target slipping. Not a stream of noise you learn to swipe away.
- Same account, same data. Sign in with the login you already use on the web. Nothing to migrate, nothing to set up twice.
Who this changes things for
If you run a service business with people working outside the office, this closes the gap that used to cost you the most: the hours between something happening and someone recording it. An invoice raised at the client's place is an invoice that does not get forgotten. A payment logged on the spot is a payment nobody has to reconcile from memory a week later.
For owners, it means the answer to "where do we stand right now" stops depending on being in front of a computer.
What about iPhone?
The iOS version is in development and will follow. If you are on an iPhone today, Track Flows runs fully in your mobile browser in the meantime, and every feature listed above is available there. We will announce the App Store release here and by email the moment it is ready.
Getting started
If you already use Track Flows, download the app and sign in with your existing credentials. Everything will be exactly where you left it.
If you are new, install the app or sign up on the website and start your 15-day free trial. Full platform access, no credit card, nothing to cancel if you decide it is not for you.
Thank you to every business that has been using Track Flows and telling us what was missing. The app exists because you kept asking for it.
