Why I Built Track Flows
I've been in IT services since 2012, mainly building websites for businesses across India. That work put me in front of thousands of business owners, and I kept seeing the same thing, over and over: 95 to 98% of them had no real clarity on their own business. How much did we sell this week? How much are we still owed, and by whom? What does my team actually need to get done today?
Most of them technically had "systems": a billing app for invoices, a separate app for tasks, another for accounting. But nothing talked to each other. So even with three or four tools running, nobody could open one screen and see the whole business. That gap is what actually hurts. It is not the lack of tools, it is the lack of one place that shows everything together.
